Roto-Zip an outet in place 1 Roto-Zip an outet in place 1 Date: 07/02/2007 The Roto-Zip is an awesome tool for making your outlet cuts. First I plunge the tool into what I hope is the center of the outlet box. Then I trace the inside of the outlet. Once the inside of the outlet is removed I have a good guide to move to the outside of the mud-ring and go in a counter clockwise direction (to allow the bit to pull itself to the mud-ring).
